Konovalov Andrej Ivanovich was born in 1959 in Kaunas (Lithuania) in the serviceman family.
In 1976 he entered the medical faculty of Ryazan State Medical Institute.
In the period of 1983 – 1984 he took the internship by the speciality of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation science on the basis of the regional clinical hospital in Ryazan.
In 1984 Andrej Ivanovich was placed on a job of an anesthesiologist – resuscitation specialist in Tula region children’s hospital.
In the period of 1995 – 2000 he was a branch manager and the regional children’s resuscitation specialist.
In 2001 Andrej Ivanovich moved to в ZAO "The Institute of Clinical Rehabilitation" on the position of the anesthesiologist.
For the work period Andrej Ivanovich has the reputation as the competent specialist. He is constantly mastering his professional skills and learning the latest scientific advances in medicine. He is constantly busy with the research work. The doctor has several publications in medical journals and collected articles.
